Service Description
Designed for woman of all fitness levels. This session combines boxing fundamentals with high-energy conditioning. Whether you're new to boxing or just looking for a powerful workout, this training is focused on building strength, confidence, and endurance. No experience needed, just show up ready to work and have fun. Train in a focused, outdoor environment with personalized instruction, no gym distractions, just real results. Outdoor private training location provided after booking.
Cancellation Policy
All training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to approval. Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & No-Shows: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will result in the full session being charged or deducted from any purchased package. Rescheduling is allowed with proper notice and is subject to availability. Arrival Time: Clients are expected to arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Location: All sessions are conducted outdoors. The exact training location will be provided after booking confirmation. Health & Safety: Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to training. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
